About Eloiza
Hi, I’m Eloiza and I’m a Culture Innovator. What does that mean? Simply put, I help companies grow by uncovering market gaps, removing cultural barriers and making real changes that benefit the business and the communities it serves.
After decades of developing and launching highly effective HR and DEI strategies, I found I made the greatest impact (and had the most fun!) leading initiatives that transformed businesses by connecting with diverse audiences.
At Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, many patients from the Arab Gulf faced challenges navigating care that differed from their norms. I led a cultural transformation across the medical center to better support these families, including ensuring that end-of-life care respected their religious beliefs. These initiatives not only met cultural needs but also boosted the hospital’s bottom line, with a 400% increase in client growth, as foreign governments often covered the full cost of care, which was higher than domestic insurance payments.
I saw a similar impact when I helped launch the award-winning Center for Transgender Health at Johns Hopkins Medicine. There was a growing need for gender-affirming care, and Hopkins had developed the reputation of not treating transgender patients well. Not only did this center become one of the East Coast’s most comprehensive gender-affirming medical centers, but my work also transformed the culture and reputation of Hopkins, securing the loyalty and growth of a new market.
Most recently, as Chief Diversity Officer at Allstate, I led initiatives to increase diverse supplier spending and integrate DEI into every function’s strategy. These efforts earned industry recognition and led to me testifying before Congress on DEI best practices.
Journey Map

In 2024, after achieving numerous awards for global brands, I bet on myself. I founded Eloiza Consulting (originally FourTen LLC) and leaned into being authentic to myself. My experience in various industries, with diverse communities and handling extraordinary challenges serves as fuel for ownership of my brand and identity, and now serve as a basis for the mission of Eloiza Consulting – to help others achieve that same clarity and success.
